Theme Camp Questionnaire

    You can use this handy form to Register your Theme Camp for advance site placement. It will be sent to our Theme Camp Coordinator, who will then suck you into her vortex.
    Or just show up, but don't expect a select site, that goes to folks who register their Theme Camp!

        * If you plan to bring sound, READ ABOUT SOUND TOWN. We warned you!
        * If it involves engorged erectile tissues, READ ABOUT LUST VEGAS.
               We do have certain standards, you know.
        * Do you ride the Spirit of Drum and Dance? Consider RING OF FIRE.
        * Will you hold Sacred Space? Join us in CENTER CIRCLE.
        * Are you crafty? Then join our artisans and crafters in ARTISAN ALLEY.

Please Remember:
    * If you serve alcohol, you must serve only to those of legal age, and that's 21.
       And they must supply their own container.
    * If you run sound above background music, you must be in SOUND TOWN.
    * Feeling kinky? Book a spot in SIN CITY.
    * Remember, NO MOOP at Wicker Man. It's everyone's problem as soon as it hits the ground.
      Even more so for Theme Camps.

* What is the title of your theme camp and your contact info (name, e-mail, phone number) About how many will be camping with your theme camp and your likely arrival date?

* A short paragraph or two describing your theme camp, its' activities and a two sentence description we can post to the web site.

* How much space do you need 10'x20', 20'x50', etc. Do you want to be placed in "Center Circle," "Sound Town", "Sin City", "Ring of Fire", "Artisan Alley", or another specific area? Do you need power and why. Any other special needs and desires?

* Doing anything risky? What is your first aid and fire safety plan? Will you be burning your Art? Serving alcohol?

* Will there be any activity that is time specific and should be listed on the event web calendar & kiosk?

* What is your leave no trace plan? Do you feel capable of enforcing the "NO MOOP" policy?
